Meet the artists Tink & Dave
Come and see these delightfully devious and expertly crafted tools of torture.
Refreshments will be served!
A note from the artists: Tools of Torture Where we began... Dave-Started by turning a pool cue on his lathe, that didn't quiet turn out like he envisioned. That became one of our first handles. Tink-Due to a shoulder injury I was unable to throw a standard flogger. I asked Dave if he could help me make one that swivels. Hence the birth of our art!!! We spend hours learning, creating and perfecting our floggers. We work side by side as a team bouncing ideas off each other to create one of a kind pieces. Because each handle is turned without a template and we do not finish using Turks knots. All our floggers are unique and the only one like it in the world. We use exotic hardwoods from all over the world and a variety of hides. Our desire is to be different from other floggers challenging and expanding our artistic side. We love what we do and have enjoyed growing and expanding from our very first flogger, which I still use two years later!! Thank you for attending our art show and supporting us in this wonderful journey Tink & Dave
