Flogging 101: Singled Handed Flogging A workshop designed for beginners, this class will teach the basics of flogging. It will begin with a safety lesson focusing on positioning, strike zones, and targeting. We will then delve into the topics of selecting floggers, general use, and basic single-handed flogging techniques, with a focus on how to effectively achieve the desired impact. Demonstrations will take place throughout and questions will be encouraged. Class will end with an opportunity for participants to explore the topics and techniques that have been discussed. Participants are encouraged to bring floggers and a bottom.

Flogging 201: Using Both Hands This workshop is for the development of two handed flogging and has been designed for those who are experienced with single handed flogging. Class will begin with a short safety lesson focusing on targeting and positioning. We will then discuss and demonstrate holding floggers with both hands, muscle memory and training techniques for Florentine flogging. This class will also teach participants how to adjust from single handed flogging into dual handed flogging. Demonstrations will take place throughout and questions will be encouraged. We will end with an opportunity for participants to explore the topics and techniques that have been discussed. Participants are encouraged to bring floggers and a bottom.

Flogging 301: Ramping Up the Intensity This advanced flogging workshop will focus on more intense flogging techniques. It will begin with a safety lesson focusing on risks involved with intense flogging, negotiations, communication, and strike zones. We will then go on to discuss and demonstrate using speed and power to drive more intense flogging scenes. Edgy techniques such as intentional wrapping and fear play will also be demonstrated and discussed. Questions will be encouraged throughout the class and will end with an opportunity for participants to explore the topics and techniques that have been discussed. Participants are encouraged to bring floggers and a bottom.
