Meet the artist Madam Spookiness and some of the models of this wonderful series.
Madam Spookiness is a Graphic Designer and Digital Illustrator based in Stoughton, Wisconsin. She earned her Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration in 2008 from Madison College and has since been working as a freelance artist and designer. Rather than relying on found images, Madam Spookiness prefers photographing friends and local models as a means to bring her ideas out of imagination and into reality. Her dark, fantasy-based work draws inspiration from artists such as Brian Froud and Luis Royo and derives further influence from her love of fantasy novels, horror movies, and gothic fashion.
Dressing up is highly encouraged!
